All products purchased directly from Souverhome.com come with a limited 365-day warranty, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Note: When a product requires warranty service, we offer free returns for US customers. Customers from other international countries and regions are responsible for the return shipping cost. No processing fee for all customers.

Defective Merchandise:

For defective items, including those bought during promotions, you can choose either a replacement or a refund as part of our warranty service.

Photos showing proof of defect and the original proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty request and assess the issue.

Warranty Limitations:

After the 365-day warranty period, replacements or refunds are not available.

  • Issues from improper laundering practices, such as damage or shrinkage from washing or dryer use.
  • Expected reduction in duvet filling plushness over time with prolonged use.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily cleaning, laundering, and regular use.
  • Any modifications made to the product.
